We had an extraordinary honeymoon at this luxurious hotel. the attentive staff, like Adelaide and Ayoob, fulfilled our exclusive needs throughout our stay. Our room had breathtaking views and was equipped with an espresso machine and other exclusive amenities. the outdoor pool, sauna, and spa offered a relaxing experience.
On the first night, we were charged only for one night instead of the entire stay, causing confusion and frustration upon checkout.

Great views of the canal and Burj Khalifa from the room's balcony. Friendly and accommodating staff, from reception to the restaurant and bar. Room was spacious, clean, and had comfortable pillows. Breakfast had a good selection. Freebies included welcome chocolates and Eid cookies.

The room was huge with every amenity. Staff, especially the manager, were great. The concierge staff supervisor was accommodating. The hotel is well-maintained and near supermarkets, a dry cleaner, two restaurants, and easy reach from the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.
