We had an extraordinary honeymoon at this luxurious hotel. the attentive staff, like Adelaide and Ayoob, fulfilled our exclusive needs throughout our stay. Our room had breathtaking views and was equipped with an espresso machine and other exclusive amenities. the outdoor pool, sauna, and spa offered a relaxing experience.
On the first night, we were charged only for one night instead of the entire stay, causing confusion and frustration upon checkout.

Great views of the canal and Burj Khalifa from the room's balcony. Friendly and accommodating staff, from reception to the restaurant and bar. Room was spacious, clean, and had comfortable pillows. Breakfast had a good selection. Freebies included welcome chocolates and Eid cookies.

The room was huge with every amenity. Staff, especially the manager, were brilliant. The concierge staff supervisor was accommodating. The hotel is well-maintained and near supermarkets, a dry cleaner, two restaurants, and easy reach from the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.
No taxis readily available outside the hotel.

The room was spacious and had a great view of the city skyline. the location was convenient, with two supermarkets and restaurants nearby. the staff, especially the manager, were friendly and accommodating.
Our experience at the hotel was far from satisfactory. the room wasn't ready on time and we had to wait for hours.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the spacious and clean rooms, complimentary cappuccinos, and delicious buffet breakfast. The location was convenient with a free shuttle bus to the Dubai Mall.
